Title: Fruit Cobbler
Source: Vicky Bowers
Put 4 tbsp butter in the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish. Set in the oven, then set the oven to preheat to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tsp baking powder, and a dash of salt in a bowl with a spoon. Pour this batter over the melted butter in the pan.
On top of that, put 1.5 qt berries or peaches. Sprinkle with between 1/2 and 3/4 cup sugar, depending on the tartness of the berries, then sprinkle on some cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
